Cooking Instructions

Firstly we have to put the mango pieces in the mixer jar and grind it properly.

Now add sugar and 1ts black salt in the mango mixture and mix it properly

Now we will put the mixture in the pan and wait till the first boil.

Now add cornflour mixture in it. And wait till mixture is thick.

Now we will cool at the room temperature.

Now we will grece one container. And put the mixture in it.

Now we will refrigerate it for 2 hours.

After it has set for 2 hours we will cut it in square pieces.

After we have cut it we will cover it with grated coconut.

Serve it cool,yummy Mango Delight.
