Carrot Sabudana Kheer

Soak sabudana in water till it gets ready to cook for 1hr.

Chop carrot into slices.

Take a blender add carrot slices,milk,cashews and caradomm seeds.

Blend it into smooth mixture.

In a pan add ghee.Then add blended mixture and saute it till aroma goes off.

After that add milk and let it cook for few minutes and add sugar.

Then add sabudana and Cook till it is done.

Check the consistency,off the flame and take it into serving bowl.

Garnish with cashews,raisins and tuttyfutty.
