Rice ko saaf kar kay dho lain.

Aik daighchi main khula pani lain aur boil anay tuk paka lain.

Boil aanay pay rice aur salt daal dain.

Boiling rice main chumch chalatay huay jub tuk rice chamch say tukra kar awaz feel kraey usay biol honay daina hay.

Mujhay aik kani 2 kani na khud sumjh aaya na sumjha suki.

Chumch chalatay huay jub rice ki takranay ki awaz feel na ho to pani strain kar lain aur rice ko daighchi main dubara daal kar dum yani bht hulki aag pay dhukan day kar rukh dain.

10 minutes baad rice kay uper spoon touch krain. Agar spoon pay rice lug jaen to rice ready hain.

Serve krain aur enjoy krain.

Kozhukkattai is made by using different methods. This is a plain version with no filling inside. It's very easy to make. It can be a snack or breakfast. It's mostly made in Southern side of India. One thing you've to be careful about is, adding the water to make the dough, so that, the dough is not too loose or not too hard, just soft. You can add more or less grated coconut according to your wish. Pen Friend
