Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsBeans flour
  2. 2 cupsCassava flour
  3. 2 cupsAll purpose flour
  4. 1 teaspoonWhite potash
  5. 1 tbspnSalt
  6. 1 tbspnWhite maggie
  7. Grinded Bobaob leaves (miyar kuka) 2 tblspn
  8. Shredded cabbage
  9. Sliced onions and tomatoes
  10. Maggie star
  11. Fried groundnut oil
  12. Spicy ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the flour, white potash, grinded boboab leaves, salt white Maggie and water mix well till wel cooperated

    Start dip by using ur hands it in a boiling water close for 10 mins when done use colander and transfer it to cold water

  3. 3

    Then serve as seen in the picture
