Sieve the flour, add the luru powder and seasoning

Combine and add the potash water to a thick paste. The potash water should not be strong. If it's strong, should be diluted to a moderate concentration.

In a pot of boiling water, drop the paste with either your hand or using a spatula (small sizes, it enlarges in the water).

Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes. When done, a cooked dumpling immersed in water does not flow.

Wash, drain and serve with vegetables, spiced peanut cake powder and vegetable oil of choice.
