Ingredients

1 hour
  1. 2 cupsflour made from a mixture of wheat, cassava, and beans
  2. 1 table spoonluru powder (kuka)
  3. Salt,
  4. maggi
  5. any seasoning of choice
  6. Spiced Peanut cake powder
  7. 2 literswater
  8. Potash water

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour, add the luru powder and seasoning

  2. 2

    Combine and add the potash water to a thick paste. The potash water should not be strong. If it's strong, should be diluted to a moderate concentration.

  3. 3

    In a pot of boiling water, drop the paste with either your hand or using a spatula (small sizes, it enlarges in the water).

  4. 4

    Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes. When done, a cooked dumpling immersed in water does not flow.

  5. 5

    Wash, drain and serve with vegetables, spiced peanut cake powder and vegetable oil of choice.
