  1. 8 white bread slices
  2. 1/2 tincondensed milk
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 tsprose water
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. 5-6Almonds chopped
  7. 6-7pistachio chopped
  8. As neededGhee for deep frying
  9. 1/2 Cupsugar
  10. 1/2 cupwater

    Cut bread slices in triangular shape.

    Heat a heavy bottom pan add condensed milk,cardamom powder and milk.Stir and cook it,make rabdi.

    Mean while on other burner heat ghee in a wok. Deep fry all the bread pieces till it become golden brown. Keep it in a serving plate.

    Heat a pan add water and sugar boil it on medium flame stir it. Make 1 string sugar syrup. Turn off the flame. Mix rose water.

    Dip bread pieces for few seconds in sugar syrup.Keep them on a serving plate.

    Pour rabdi over the breads. Garnish it with almonds,pistachio and rose petals.

    Serve it hot or chilled.
