This is today’s lunch. I made my favorite vegetable Tempra (vegetables +red ginger pickles)#mycookbook

Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1small carrot
  2. 20 cmspring onion
  3. 2 tablespoonJapanese red ginger
  4. 4 tablespoonflour
  5. 1 pinchbaking powder
  6. 3 tablespoonwater
  7. 1small cube ice
  8. 2 packinstant soba noodle

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut vegetables (any vegetables ok). And make tempra batter.

    Put all and a cube ice in batter and mix.

  3. 3

    Fry in vegetable oil both side.

  4. 4

    I like this Instant Maru-chan Soba Noodle.

  5. 5

    Make soba noodle according to how to make.

  6. 6

    Put tempra on it. Enjoy so yummy 😋
