Ingredients

  1. 4 tbsp.Oil
  2. 3-4kashmiri red chilli
  3. 1 tbsp.Dry coriander
  4. 1.5 tbspkashmiri red chilli powder
  5. 12-15garlic cloves
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2-3cloves
  8. 1"cinemon stick
  9. 4potatoes
  10. 1onion
  11. 2-3 tbsp.Masala peanuts
  12. 2-3 tspPomogranate seeds
  13. 2 tbspDesicated coconut
  14. 2-3 tbspTamrind and dates chutney
  15. 2 tbspCoriander
  16. 2 tbspSev
  17. 4 pcFresh and soft laadi pav
  18. 2 tbspButter
  19. As required Dates and tamrind chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Make a paste of garlic add kashmiri red chilli powder salt n water3-4tbsp.mix well. Garlic chutney is ready.

    Heat2tbsp oil in a pan. Add kasmiri red chilli cloves cinemon stick and dry coriander. Saute and take in a mixie jar churn add 1/4cup water and churn again. Dabeli masala is ready.

    Now in a same pan take oil and add dabeli masala mixture. Saute add boiled mashed potatoes. Mix well add and salt mix properly. Dabeli masala is ready. Take in a plate and spread sprinkle desicated coconut chopped coriander leaves pomo granate seeds Masala peanuts chopped onion and sev.

    Now take a laadi pav slice from middle spread garlic chutney paste on both sides. Spread tamrind dates chutney one side. Cut potato mixture with spatula approx 1tbsp. And fill in a pav. Again sprinkle chopped onion promogranate seeds sev masala peanuts. Garnish sev. On edges.

    Now apply butter on a pav both sides and roast on tawa. Dabeli is ready. Tasty delicious Dabeli is ready to serve. Serve with garlic chutney and dates and tamrind chutney.
