Ingredients

  1. For pav:
  2. 1/2 cupMaida / all purpose flour
  3. 1 tea spoonYeast
  4. 1/4 tea spoonSugar
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 cupWarm milk
  7. as neededOil For greesing
  8. For stuffing:
  9. 1/2 cup mashedPotato
  10. 1 tble spoonDabeli garam masala
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. 1 tea spoonRed garlic chutney
  13. For gravy:
  14. 1/2 cupKhati mithi chutney(tamarind and dates chutney)
  15. 1 tea spoonGarlic chutney
  16. 1 tble spoon Mashed potato for thickness of gravy
  17. as neededSev for garnishing
  18. s neededOnion for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    For making bread pav,take a bowl add maida yeast,salt,sugar and mix it.now add warm milk and make a dough and Knead it for 10 minutes.and give a rest for 2 hours.

    For making stuffing,take pan add oil,add dabeli garam mashala and red chutney and saute it for while,now add mashed potato and salt to taste.mix it.

    Dough will be double after 2 hours,so give a round ball shape and stuff stuffing of potatoes and make a round small ball.

    Now bake this stuff pav for 20 mnts for 200 degree,pav should be little crisp then normal pav.

    Now make a gravy,heat oil,add all 3 types of chutney and boil it for a while now add garam masala and salt and mashed potato. So gravy is ready.

    For assembling,pour gravy in 1 plate and add stuff pav and granish with sev and onion.
