  1. 1 cup mix namkeen
  2. 1 bowl roasted makhana
  3. as required Few grounded dry fruits
  4. 1 tbsp chaat masala
  5. 1 tbsp rock salt
  6. 1onion finely chopped
  7. 1 tomato finely chopped
  8. 1green chilli
  9. 1/2 bowl boiled corn
  10. 1/2 cup boiled potatoes
  11. 1/2 bowlboiled moong
  12. as required Finely chopped coriander leaves
  13. 1 tbspimli chutney , Green chutney Curd (optional)

    Roast the Makhana at medium flame. Take a bowl and take the namkeen mixture.

    Then add all the chopped vegetables. Now add corn, moong and parmal, and potatoes.

    Add the lemon juice, green chutney and curd if you wish to. Mix well and serve it.
