  1. 2 cupmakhana
  2. 1/4 cuproasted crushed peanuts
  3. 2 tspghee
  4. 1 tsplemon juice
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
  6. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  7. 2 tbspboiled corn
  8. 1chopped green chillies
  9. 2 tbsppomegranate seeds
  10. 1 tspdeseeded chopped tomatoes
  11. 1 tspblack salt
  12. 1 tspamchur powder
  13. 1 tspchaat masala
  14. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  16. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  17. 1 tspdate tamarind chutney
  18. 1 tspgreen chutney
  19. 1/4 cupfine sev

Cooking Instructions

    Add ghee in a Kadhai add makhana then in a owl mix all the dry spices, when the makhana toasted well add the mix spices mix it very well

    Roast the makhana in the spices until it coated well then take it out on a bowl, now add chopped onions, green chillies
