ઘટકો

Total with pre preparation 2 and half hours
3 સર્વિંગ્સ
  1. 1cup maida,
  2. 1cup wheat flour
  3. ,1spoon sugar,
  4. 1spoon dry yeast
  5. Salt as required
  6. Oil 2-3 spoon
  7. 2cups luke warm water

રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

    Take 1 cup Luke warm water..add 1 spoon sugar and dry yeast..add 1 spoon maida(optional)..cover it..rest it for 15 mins..

    After 15 mins..Take flour..add salt and fermanted yeast mixture add 2 spoon oil..bind it..rest them in bowl which cover with oil..for 1 and 1/2 hrs.. fermentation done when dough became double in size..

    Bind dough..make balls..cover balls with wet cloth..take one ball and roll it like medium thick roti..with some flour..

    Rest all roll roti / pita for 30 mins.cover it with wet cloth...after that take non stick pan..roast pita on it..no substance needed for roast..

    After that cut this bread in to two parts..it looks like pocket.add tahini sauce or hummus or falafal in it..
