Ingredients

  1. 4onion
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 2potatoes
  4. pinchhing/asafoetida
  5. 1 tspajwain/carom seeds
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspchat masala
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1green chilli chopped
  10. 1 tspgreen coriander chopped
  11. 1 cupcoarsely grind besan/gram flour
  12. As neededoil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Onion peel and cut in thick slices.Potatoes peel wash and cut in small pcs.

    Take a mixing bowl put onion,potatoes and all spices mix and keep a side in 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes mix besan.Take a wok put oil then oil heat make pakoras in half done.Then press and fry again in hot oil.

    Serve hot pakoras in any chutney or dip.
