Ingredients

  • 50 gbacon
  • 50 gsausage
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 200 gfresh spinach
  • 1carrot for the sauce
  • 1carrot for garnish
  • 1tomato for garnish
  • 1mozzarella together with its liquid
  • 1packet of cheese sauce base
  • Bagspaghetti/lentil fussili/pasta that you like

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the bacon,cut into small cubes, and the sausage, cut into small pieces, together with the smashed garlic cloves. Stir often.

    Peel and cut one carrot into small pieces and add it to the pan. Also add the fresh spinach, the mozzarella with its liquid and the cheese sauce base. Stir often and cook until it comes together, add some water if needed

  3. 3

    Meanwhile cook spaghetti or lentil fussili, or whichever pasta you like. I cooked these two.

    I decorated the ready sauce with one fresh carrot and tomato

I like to discover new spices and ideas.i never try to follow the "official" rules in cooking, but rather my main ingredient is my passion. When i imagine a dish, first i cook it in my head and i try to imagine how it will taste like. if the ingredients will be in harmony, how can i make it technically and what side dishes would match well. what i have learnt from south-east asian cuisines is, that fresh ingredients are unbeatable. in nutrition, taste, look and color, crispiness and moistness. my recent goal is to use as many fresh herbs and veggies as possible. there are only a few dishes that i dont like, few type of seafood and seaweed. any other ingredient is on my horizon if i plan to create something new,cooking is my art.
