  1. 2cup cooked rice
  2. 1cup rajma bean cooked
  3. 1cup basil leaves
  4. 2 Tbspolive oil
  5. 1 tbspwalnuts
  6. 1 Tspblack pepper
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1cup carrot chopped
  9. 1cup red bell pepper chopped
  10. 1cup baby corn cooked and chopped
  11. 1cup broccoli
  12. 1cup corn boiled
  13. 1 tbspchilli paste
  14. 1 tbspchopped chilli
  15. 1 Tspblack pepper powder
  16. 1cup yellow bell pepper
  17. 1cup cooked chana
  18. 1/2cup chopped coriander leaves

રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

    Cook 2 cup basmati rice first in 6 cups of water to which some salt and 2 to 3 drops of oil are added. The rice should be cooked well and the grains should be separate.

    Drain the rice in a colander.

    Let the rice cool completely before you add to the veggies.

    Blend basil leaves, black pepper, salt, olive oil and make smooth paste

  5. 5

    Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in pan, add all veggies and saute for mins

  6. 6

    Add 1 ચમચી black pepper powder, salt and cook for 2 mins

  7. 7

    Add cooked rice and add pesto paste and mix it properly

    Serve hot with curd 😍
