ઘટકો

  1. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  2. 1Green chili
  3. 1cup cabbage gratted
  4. 1cup carrot gratted
  5. 1/2cup capsicum
  6. 1/2cup green peas
  7. 1/2cup beetroot gratted
  8. 2boiled grated potatoes
  9. 1/2cup paneer
  10. 1/2cup coriander
  11. 15cashew nuts chopped
  12. 1 tspChat masala
  13. 4 tspOil
  14. 1cup Maida or corn flour
  15. 1 tspjeera powder
  16. 1 tspchilly powder
  17. Salt according to taste

રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

    Firstly in a kadai heat 1 ચમચી oil and saute cabbage,carrot,capsicum. Saute fr 5 mins.

    Take it out in one mixing bowl n add grated potatoes n beet root,green peas coriander, grated paneer, green chillies,garlic ginger paste,salt,chat masala, chilly powder, jeera powder garam masala n mix it. Start rolling it n give a cylinder shape to make kabab.

    Keep in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 mins. After tht take it out n roll in to Maida or corn flour. Heat the grill pan or tawa n put sm oil n cook it from all sides. Ready to serve.
