BBQ Baked Beans
We love a good grill-out, but not too fond of overly sweet - BBQ sauce laden mushy beans with no flavor. This recipe fit the bill. Use the beans you love - the mix of varieties is nice to look at too.

RED KIDNEY BEANS SOUP “AL PILCO”
#GoldenApron23This is a typical summer Chilean soup, because the ingredients are in season. It is usually made with fresh Roman beans, but because I cannot get fresh beans, I used dry red kidney beans.

Morefold Meat-Beans Soup
Morefold meat-beans soup different types of meat and different types of beans. It really turned out well. The Heinz vegetarian beans are packed with so many flavors. The buffalo, ground chuck, the country ham, and salt pork, so many flavors. I kinda feel like I am out on the prairie eating a bit rustic. Then accompanied with whole wheat bread and butter. Yeah super relish. That hint of mushroom throughout pairs well with all the meats in the soup.I picked this brand of salt pork because its not just pack with salt on top of it but is absorbed into the pork. It's not extremely to salty tasting.

Gourmet Stewed Red Beans & Rice
Take beans & rice to a new leval. The rich stewed sauce served on top of richly flavored Spanish yellow rice turns a regular common dish into a gourmet international entre.

Ranch Chicken Skillet GF
My wife made this tonight. I'm not a big fan of zucchini, but this was delicious.

Dirty Red Beans and Rice
This is sort of a mish mash of red beans and rice and dirty rice. Or like a cheap and quick jambalaya for weeknights.

Beef Enchiladas (no beans)
Who doesn’t love cheesy, saucy enchiladas. I love enchiladas but do not care for beans so this recipe does not call for them. You can use shredded beef (which I think is best) but the easiest recipe just uses ground beef. I included a tasty enchilada sauce recipe but you can use a store bought sauce.

Baked beans special
This is a simple recipe to bring the baked beans to next level instead of just eating it directly from the can.

Vegetable Stew
I used my left over vegetables . One egg plant was gone half bad, used my frozen tomatoes , and add a can of black beans. You can use any can of legumes ( chickpeas , white beans, but lentils would not be a good idea, )if you don’t want to use oven you can use same pot to cook if you are too lazy or have no time. . I think putting then to oven make taste better.

Green beans with Meat (Loubieh bi Lahmeh)

Vickys Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken & Green Beans, GF DF EF SF
I'm not a fan of oyster sauce so I use my own concoction it's place in this recipe. It reads almost like a BBQ sauce but it doesn't taste like one. You can swap the beans out for broccoli or sliced onion, or leave them out and scatter some chopped scallion / spring onion over instead

Chimichurri Black Beans
I originally wanted to make Cuban black beans. But then I had a bunch of leftover chimichurri sauce.... soooo this happened! The minute I tasted it, I KNEW, I would never make beans any other way again. Had to share it with you guys! The vinegar in the chimichurri gives a perfect hint of acidity to balance the hearty beans.

T' Jim's New Orleans Red Beans & Rice
"I love you once, I love you twice. I love you more than red beans and rice.", so they say here in Louisiana. There is a common misconception that this dish is Cajun, but in fact; it is more Creole/New Orleans that has Cajun influences. Typically back in the old days, red beans and rice were always made on Monday because that was "Wash Day" and housewives could put on a pot in the morning and let them simmer all day while they attended to the wash.

Beans on rice
Like many people, I have a weak spot for good fried chicken. And from among the major outlets, my favourite is Popeye's. Honestly, though, it's not their delicious chicken alone that puts them over the top; it's their red beans and rice. Something about that little side dish of smushed beans and savoury sauce soaking into fluffy rice just speaks to me. So I decided to make my own. I didn't try to make an exact copy, and mine's also a little less watery than theirs (my only nitpick). But I think it came out just as delicious and comforting at the end.

BACON n BEANS Soup (crockpot)
My Dad loved beans with every meal, so I cannot eat them without thinking of him and "home". You may use this recipe with any kind of beans. Navy beans or pinto beans are good made with ham too and I would not add lemon pepper to pinto beans.

chicken stew

Boston Baked Beans
I got these bean crocks and planned on making some beans in them. I had a few guests over but a couple of them don’t eat pork. Very reluctantly, I decided to omit the salt pork from the beans. The good news is, there is plenty of beans and I can fry some up on the side and add it. The beans still had an authentic flavor and the guests enjoyed it. I hope you do too. (You of course do not necessarily need a crock. Any oven safe vessel with a lid will work).

Spicy brown beans with smoked meat
I was in the mood for red beans but couldn't find them. What better substitute than pinto beans.

Red Beans With Ham Hocks Instant Pot IP
A one pound bag of dried beans is too much for just the two of us so I break them in half and make two different things out of them. The first go-round which was the first time I tried making dried beans in my instant pot, was red beans and rice. Don't look, you won't find it here because even though it tasted exceptionally good there were quite a few fails during the process. So I modified the recipe and here is the new one, but we're eating this with bread instead of rice because my wife wanted to, so it has a thinner broth. So give this a try and I'm pretty sure you will enjoy it. If you use a different type of bean, most likely you will need to adjust the cooking time. These small red beans take a lot longer to cook then some other types of dried beans.

Shorty's Red Beans and Rice
Traditional red beans and rice. Classic Cajun dish traditionally served on Mondays... Which was because ladies let the beans simmer all day while doing laundry.THIS WILL TAKE ALL DAY, but it’s worth it! You can do some prep that will save you some time. It takes about 5hrs to COOK but the prep (chopping and bean soak) takes about an hour.Start 10am if you’ve done zero prep.Start at noon if you’ve prepped the beans and chopped the veggies and andouille sausage. This freezes really well, so it’s a great dish to make a double-batch and freeze in smaller containers for several later meals.

General Toink (Tso but pork)
I'm not a fan of white meat chicken, so hardly eat General Tso, but this one was awesome. Was pretty easy, and a lot of flavor.
