Ingredients

  1. 4-6pork chops
  2. 1-2 canscream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 (4 oz)can mushrooms
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/4 tspdried thyme
  8. Dried parsley for garnish
  9. Canola or olive oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a large skillet, heat a couple tablespoons of oil over high heat.

    Season pork chops all over with salt, garlic and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook pork chops until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Add pork chops to oven safe dish.

  5. 5

    Pour cream of mushroom soup on top and mix in dried thyme and mushrooms. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and tender.

    Garnish with dried parsley.
