Cooking Instructions

Sift flour baking powder baking soda in a bowl.add sugar and salt. Mix all ingredients and then add tbsp oil and yoghurt.

Gradually add water to form a soft dough.

Add rest of the oil and knead dough for 7 to 10 minutes.

Grease the dough and let it sit aside covered for about 45 minutes.

Preheat tawa(pan)high heat for 5 minutes and then bring it to low. Divide the dough into 4 or 6 equal portions and make balls

Roll out the ball when flatten then apply water on top using your hands so that all surface is evenly wet.

Place naan on hot tawa with wet side facing down. Keep flame to low at this stage.

Now apply water on naan with brush. When naan gets puffed up then flip your tawa upside down to cook otherside.

When done take it off from tawa using tongs or spatula.
