  1. 400 gmmaida/all-purpose flour
  2. 100 gmsour curd
  3. as neededWater
  4. 3 cupOil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 20 gmrava

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients and add 1tbsp oil.

    Now add little water and make soft dough.grid it in food processor.

  3. 3

    Brush it with oil and cover it for 4-5 hours with moist cloth.

    Now dough is double in size.make small balls roll it round and is ready for frying.
