Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and curd and mix it well then with the help of water make a smooth dough and keep it aside for two hours

Now take a small portion of dough and make a big size poori

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bhatura and the bhatura is ready to serve.
