Cooking Instructions

Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave. Cool down the mixture.

Beat eggs and sugar together, add vanilla.

Add the butter and chocolate and mix with the eggs.

Sift the flour and cocoa powder in the wet ingredients and gently fold them in.

Grease and prepare the brownie tin and pour the mixture. Lightly tap on the counter to get rid of air bubbles.

Pre heat the oven at 180°C/350°F for 5 minutes. Then bake the brownie for about 25 minutes.

Cool down before cutting into squares.
