Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and soak them in clean water

In a pot add 5 tablespoon of oil with grinded peppers and onions and stir fry for 2 minutes

Then add the seasonings:2 tablespoon of salt,1 tablespoon of dried grinded pepper,1 tablespoon of curry,3to4 cubes of maggi and add the garlic

Pour water and add the potatoes,the water should at least cover the potatoes but u should still be able to see them at the top

Slice the carrots, onions, peppers, cabbage and spring onions

It take at least 20 minutes for the potatoes to get cooked or use a fork and press to check if they are soft

Mash the potatoes using a masher or a cooking spoon
- 8
Add the sliced veggies at the end and allow to simmer for 2 minutes on low heat

If the porridge is too thick add a little bit of water to loosen it a bit

Garnish with slice green onions
