Wash sweet potatoes, peel the back, cut to small pieces and rewash.

Was pepper blend, wash onion and cut thinly.

Place a clean pot on heat pour water and add the minced potato.

Add maggi, salt, curry, ground crayfish, onion, blended pepper then add oil and allow to boil for 15minutes.

Wash basil leaves and shread.

When the porridge is almost dried pour in the shreaded basil leaves afterwards cook for 2minutes.

Stir and remove from source of heat
