Ingredients

  1. 350 graw liver
  2. 1 pinchmild chilli
  3. 1 (1/4 tsp)black pepper
  4. Red or yellow hoho
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. Salt
  7. Sunflower cooking oil or any oil
  8. 1large onion

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the liver into cubes and soak in milk for an hour. Make sure you drain all the milk with a slotting spoon.

    Heat oil in a pan until smoky, fry the liver while tossing around to brown evenly without burning. If the fire is too high reduce after 2 mins.

    Let the liver brown slowly on low heat as you add all the condiments needed, starting with chopped onions, fry them in the liver until brown.

    Simmer until the liver is done while adding small portions of stock or water as you stir.

    Serve hot with hot ugali and fried kutuma wiki 😋😋😋😋
