  2. Hoho
  3. Red onions
  4. White onion

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the fine skin of the liver off. This makes liver soft when cooking especialy for kids. Also clean the hoho n white onion.

    Dice your liver to your desired size. Also chop your white onion and hoho and set aside

  3. 3

    In a sufuria, fry your diced red onions until golden brown then add in the liver. Here you also add salt to taste. If you so wish you can add pepper too.

    In low heat, keep turning the liver until it cooks. No water just cook in low heat it will cook inside well.

  5. 5

    After it seems like its crystalizing, add in your hoho and white onions. Continue stirring still till they become slightly cooked. Our liver is ready to serve.
