Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupoats
  2. 1/4 cupgram flour
  3. 2-3 tbspcurd
  4. 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  5. 2 tbspfinely chopped carrot
  6. 2 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  7. 2 tbspfinely chopped tomato
  8. Handfulfresh coriander chopped
  9. 1green finely chopped
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder (optional)
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    First dry roast the oats in a pan slightly.let them cool,add in a grinder jar and make powder.take out in a bowl,add gram flour and curd to it.

    Chop all the veggies finely.and add to bowl.now add turmeric powder,salt and black pepper powder.

    Add little water at a time and mix everything well to get a batter consistency. cover the bowl and keep aside for 10mins.

    Grease non-stick tawa by adding little ghee and spread evenly.pour ladle full of batter on it (check the consistency before pouring) and spread lightly.cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.

    Add little ghee around the edges and flip it.

    Cook well from both sides until slightly crisps or until done. delicious and healthy oats chilla is ready to be serve.serve with green chutney or sauce.
