Ingredients

30 minutes
serves 4 serving
  1. 2 cupsgram flour
  2. 1 cupsemolina
  3. 6-7green chillies
  4. 1big tomato
  5. 2big onions
  6. 2 tbspcoariander leaves
  7. 1 tsp carom seeds
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 3 tbsp oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all veggies.chop coariander leaves.in steel vessel add all ingredients

  2. 2

    Add gram flour, carrom seeds, turmeric powder,salt,red chilly powder, semolina 1tbspoon oil and water to prepare dosa consistency batter

  3. 3

    Heat dosa tawa,apply oil on tawa and spread batter on it,cook from both sides till golden brown and serve hot with fresh curd, tomato sauce, chutney.
