Ingredients

40 min:
4 servings
  1. 3 cuprice
  2. 1/2 cuppeas (matar)
  3. 2green chillies cut in 2 halves
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric
  5. 1medium onion slice
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 4-1/2 cupwater
  8. 6 Tbsp oil
  9. 4 whole black pepper, 1 inch piece cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

40 min:
  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice for 20 min:.

    Put oil into deckchi add whole garam masala, pop up, add onion. Stir till transparent.

    Add turmeric powder, green chillies two halves.

  4. 4

    Add Peas stir for 2 min: add 1/2 cup water, cover till Peas half done.

  5. 5

    When Peas half done, add 4 glass of water, salt. When water boils, add rice.then add 1 Tbsp of white vinegar. (chawal khile khile rahen).

    When water dries put on dam, on tawa for 10-15 min:ready to serve
