Ingredients

  1. 3Onion medium
  2. 3 Potatoes large
  3. 1 cupOil
  4. 1 cupYogurt
  5. 1/2 kgbeef
  6. 1/2 kgbasmati rice
  7. 10-12Green chillies
  8. 3 tbspSalt
  9. All whole spice (laung 2 -3,daarcheeni 1,Bari Elaichi 1)
  10. 1 tspZeera
  11. 3-4Black pepper corns
  12. 2Star anise
  13. 1 tspDhaniya powder
  14. 1 tspGaram masala powder

Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pehle ek bartan pe oil garam karein phr isme piyaz shamil karein piyaz ko golden fry karein phir isme saare garam masale shamil karein

    Phr isme beef or ginger garlic paste shamil karein or 3 se 4 glass paani daal kar low flame gosht gal jaane Tak pakayen(salt b add krden)

    Ab Green chilli ko blender me daal ke blend krlen or side pe rkhden

    Jab gosht gal jaye Tau isme potatoes, yogurt or Hari mirchon ko Jo blend kar ke rkhi thi vo daaldein or 2 glass paani daal ke aaloo gal Jane Take pakayen (dhaniya powder or garam masala powder b shamil krden)

    Ab isme jtne rice hain us se ek glass Kam paani daal ke haradhainya podina b daaldein or tez flame pe pakayein jab paani dry hojae Tau isko slow flame pe dum dedein

    Hara dhainya podina or Green chilli se garnish kar ke serve karein.
