Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 5 Green chillies,
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2Whole spice: cinnamon stick 2
  • 2,clove ,
  • 4green cardamon ,
  • tspTumeric powder :1/2,
  • 1 tsp cumin,
  • 5 black pepper
  • 1 kgBeef,
  • 1 kg Rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Yakhni banane k liye: saucepan mein beef, adrak lehsan, green chillies, tomatoes, sabut garam masala, salt, haldi aur hasbe zaroorat pani daal dain. Jab pani boil ho jae to stove ko halqi aanch par rakh dain taak beef gal jae.

  2. 2

    Dosre saucepan mein oil aur piyaz daal kar brown kr lain. Jab piyaz brown ho jae tu half cup pani daalain jab Beef gal jae tu yakhni ka pani chan lain aur beef ko piyaz mein add kae lain mix kar lain aur yakhni add kar lain. Rice add kar lain jub yakhni khusk ho jae tu 15 min k liye dum dy dain.

    Jab dum aajae tu pulao ko dish mein nikal dain. Raity aur salaad k sath serve karain.
