  1. 200 gmKaju
  2. 100 gmSugar
  3. 1 cupWater
  4. 1 tspDesi ghee
  5. 1Silver sheet

    Take a mixi jar put Kaju in it. Grind in short 5-6 round till Kaju turn into a powder. Sieve once.

    Heat a deep pan add sugar and water make medium thick syrup. Add cashew powder and cook on very low flame till mixture turn thick. Stirring continuesly.

    Let it cool for 4-5 minutes knead for few seconds. Put burfi mixture on butter pepper roll it out. Place silver pepper on it and cut it into dimand shape as shown in the picture. Enjoy
