Ingredients

30 min
  1. 2 cups+ 2 tbsp maida
  2. 2 tbsp + 2 tbspghee
  3. 1 tsppepper powder
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. As per tasteSalt
  7. As requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take maida in broad vessel, add pepper powder, cumin, salt and ghee. Mix and crumble it well.

    Add water a make a dough(paratha). Give a rest of 10 min and knead it for 2 min. Make a large ball and roll it thin and big in size. Apply ghee and sprinkle some flour.

    Roll it and put a slant thick cut on it. Now take each piece and press in oval shape only and roll it thick.

    Now it's ready. Heat a oil in pan and fry on medium flame till it bcm golden brown in colour.

    Ready to serve it wth tea or enjoy it any time.
