Ingredients

  1. 1medium chicken cut into pieces
  2. 2large potatoes cut and diced
  3. 3medium potatoes sliced
  4. 1big onion Sliced
  5. 2medium tomatoes
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 1/2green pepper cubed
  8. 1 tsppaprika
  9. 2stock cubes
  10. Chilli flakes (optional)
  11. 1/4 teaspoonginger powder
  12. Handfulgreen beans
  13. to tasteSalt and pepper
  14. Oil for frying
  15. 1/2 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a large saucepan.

    Put your chicken pieces in the pan, add salt, pepper, paprika and fry till golden brown.

    Add in your onion, garlic green pepper and chilli flakes & toss around for a minute.

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the ingredients into the chicken mix and keep frying for another minute.

  5. 5

    Add a cup of water and leave to simmer on low heat for 20-25min.

    Serve and enjoy. I served mine with turmeric rice.
