Ingredients

  1. Ingredients
  2. 4 mediumcarrots, cut up
  3. 1 smallonion, cut up
  4. 2roma tomatoes, seeded and cut up
  5. 1 cangreen beans
  6. 2 quartbeef stock
  7. 6 mediumred potatoes, cubed
  8. 2 lbroast beef, cooked

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    cut up meat into bite sized pieces, i used left over beef roast

  2. 2

    add all ingredients to large stock pan

  3. 3

    add enough water to cover ingredients completely.

  4. 4

    simmer on medium heat until veggies are tender.

  5. 5

    season to taste.

    It’s funny... I made some chili last week. As I was thinking in my head, “What the hell goes in chili”? I started saying, “Wait, no. This is sounding like a beef stew”. So... I decided to make a beef stew now. It’s cold now and these dishes warm the soul. I never appreciated beef stew when I was younger. But I realize how fine of a dish it is in my older age haha.
