Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgboneless chicken in cubes
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 4-5tomato roughly chopped
  4. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tbspcurd
  6. 2 tbspcream
  7. 2 tspkasuri methi
  8. 2 tbspbutter
  9. 10cashew nuts
  10. 7-8garlic pods
  11. 1 inchginger
  12. 1 tbspKashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1 tspgram masala powder
  14. 1 tspvinegar
  15. 1 tspsugar
  16. as requiredSalt and oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, take the chicken pieces. Add ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and curd. Mix well. Marinate for one hour.

    In a pan, heat two tbsp of oil. Add chicken pieces. Cook until golden in color. Take it out from the pan.

    In a pan, boil onion, tomato, cashew nut, ginger, garlic cloves with water. Then bend it in a mixer jar. Strain the mixture in a strainer.

    Now in a pan heat butter. Add the puree and boil. Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder, gram masala and vinegar. Boil for two minutes.

    Add cream and Kasuri methi. Boil it. Add chicken pieces and boil for two minutes. Then serve with tandoori roti.
