  1. 3/4 cupFine flour(maida)
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/8 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tsp chocolate powder
  5. 1 tsp cocoa powder
  6. 1/2 cupmalai/ghee/butter
  7. 1/2 cupsugar powder
  8. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  9. 1/2 cupluke milk
  10. 1/2 cupDark chocolate melted

    First make sponge cake.for this take a bowl seive fine flour cocoa powder chocolate powder baking powder baking soda mix well sieve at least 2-3 times

    In another bowl take butter/ malai powdered sugar mix well add vanilla essence & then add dry mix with adding lil milk.rest for 10 min

    Now grease the bowl & add mixture micro for 3 min sponge cake is ready.

    Now rest for 5 min.now take the grinder & make the crush of your cake.bind in round balls by adding lil luke milk.

    Another time take dark chocolate compound or heat at slow or micro for 40 sec with adding milk.Make a ganash

    Round balls dip in a ganash & set with tooth pick after 5 min pops aur ready to serve. Nowadays it don't take much time to cool.You may garnish with clrful sweeteners.
