M & M Chocolate chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 150 °C.
Seive all dry ingredients into a bowl that includes, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt. - 2
Take another bowl, heat Chocolate and butter together and mix well to avoid lumps. Let this come on room temperature.

Now add both sugars to this Chocolate butter mixture and beat well. Add vanilla essence and beat again. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Lastly add milk and mix well.

Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir to combine, be sure not to overmix here.
Fold in M&M and chocolate chips, stirring untill everything is just combined. - 5
Cover & refrigerate the cookie dough in fridge for an hour.

Scoop out 1/4 cup of batter onto baking sheet keeping one inch apart. Bake cookies for 16-18 mins.

Garnish with some more M&M's while cookies are still warm and then let it cool for 20 mins & then serve.
