Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  1. 4eggs
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. As Per Taste salt
  4. 1 tspchilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  10. LeavesAs Required Chopped Coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boil eggs, peel and cut in to halves,Now mix all the masala ingredients together mentioned above including salt,Place a pan on low flame add oil,Add eggs, fry both sides, Now sprinkle mixed masala powder on one side fry them,

    Fry for 2-3 minutes, flip them to other side again sprinkle the masala powder,fry other side too.Now heat up a piece of charcoal place it in the cup&place in between Eggs pour little ghee on top of charcoal, when it starts to smoke cover the lid, leave it for 10 minutes,to give eggs that smokey flavour,

    Take out garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve.
