Cooking Instructions

Roast coriander seeds,cumin seeds,carom seeds,fenugreek seeds,black peppercorns,black cardamom,cloves,mustard seeds and dry fenugreek leaves in a pan.

Cool it and grind it in fine powder.

After that in this powder add red chilli powder,dry mango powder,chat masala and asafoetida and mix it nicely.

Store in jar for further use in any tandoori dish like chicken or paneer whatever you want to make tandoori.
