Ingredients

  1. 1 kgfish (any fish,I used Mushka fish)
  2. 1 tbsprice flour
  3. 1 tbspgram flour
  4. 1/2 tspchat masala
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic powder/paste
  7. 1/2 tspginger powder/ paste
  8. 1/4 tspcarom seeds(ajwain)
  9. 1,1/2 tbsp fish masala
  10. 1 pinchorange food color
  11. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  12. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  13. 1 tbspvinegar
  14. 3,4green chilli (chopped)
  15. 2,3 tbspcoriander leaves (chopped)
  16. 2 tbspwater
  17. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Add all spices in a mixing bowl....

    Now add green chilli, coriander,all sauces and food color...

    Mix well then add water..and mix again nicely..

    Now apply this spice mixture on fish and marinate them about 30 minute.

    Now heat the oil and add marinated fish..let it fry on medium flam about 7 minute then flip the side and cook other side about 7 minute.

    Masala Fish Fry is ready,Try at your home and enjoy.

    Note: I did'nt add salt because fish masala,sauces and chat masala has salt,so that's way I do'nt need it,but if you need according to your taste,you can add.
