In winter we eat green vegetables and healthy food so tried this healthy breakfast.
Steps

Mix chopped Methi & spring garlic, red chilli powder, turmeric, Dhaniajeera powder, asafoetida, saunf, cumin, salt and curd and mix well.

Add jowar flour, Besan, suji mix well and add needed water to make batter. Give rest for10-mins. Heat non-stick mini chilla Tawa. Apply Ghee.

Pour batter on tawa with spoon pour ghee on top and outer side of spreaders batter. Cook both side crispy on slow flame. Serve yummy, healthy Methi Jowar lahsuni chilla with green chutney.
