Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgfish
  2. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspcumin powder
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tsplemon juice / vinegar
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspcorn flour
  11. 1 tsprice flour
  12. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  13. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First take fish pieces in a bowl add all listed masala ingredients and the lemon juice and mix well after that add corn flour and rice flour and give a mix.

    Marinate it for 2-3 hours.

    After that heat up a pan with oil drop the fish pieces to the oil and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes from one side then flip it and again fry it for 2 minutes from the other sides till golden and crispy.
