Ingredients

  1. For making batter
  2. 1 bowlGram flour
  3. 4-6 grated garlic cloves
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  9. as needed water
  10. Others
  11. 2 bowlspinach chopped and washed
  12. 1onion
  13. 2Green chilli
  14. as neededCooking Oil for deep frying
  15. as neededTomato ketchup for serving

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together for making batter except water in a mixing bowl. Add water slowly and stirring it to avoid formation of lumps to a thick batter.

    Wash, peel and chop onion chilli and spinach and mix in batter.

  3. 3

    Heat cooking oil in a wok and deep fry pakoras from both sides.

  4. 4

    Transfer it in a plate. Likewise make all the pakodas.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
