  1. 2 cupbesan/gram flour
  2. 1/2 kgwashed and ckeaned spinach leaves
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  5. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspchat masala
  9. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Make the thick better of besan

    Add all the spices

    Whisk well

    Heat oil

    Dip the leaves and fry them
