  • 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • as neededOil for frying

    Make the thick better of besan

    Add all the spices

    Whisk well

    Heat oil

    Dip the leaves and fry them
