Spinach Pakoda

Mix all ingredients together for making batter except water in a mixing bowl. Add water slowly and stirring it to avoid formation of lumps to a thick batter.

Wash, peel and chop onion chilli and spinach and mix in batter.

Heat cooking oil in a wok and deep fry pakoras from both sides.

Transfer it in a plate. Likewise make all the pakodas.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
