Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchfresh methi leaves chpped/ fenugreek leaves
  2. 1 tspginger grated
  3. 3 garlic cloves grated
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspsugar
  7. 2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspdhania jeera( coriander cumin) powder
  9. 1 tspajwain/ carom seeds
  10. as neededoil
  11. 2 cupwheat flour
  12. 1 cupcurd

Cooking Instructions

    In a big vessel mix all the ingredients to gether

    After adding curd, use as much water as needed and make a soft dough. Then make equal balls

  3. 3

    Roll it thin like a roti

  4. 4

    Then on hot tawa, cook it little on both sides then apply oil on both sides and fry it

  5. 5

    Same way make all the theplas. Serve it hot with pickle
