I use some leftover celeriac that I use the middle part to make vegan fish and chips. Seasoning them a little bit and roast in oven. Yum 😋

Ingredients

1 portion
  1. 1/4celeriac, cut into big matchstick size
  2. 1 tsppaprika
  3. 1 tspgarlic granules
  4. 1 pinchchilli flakes
  5. Pinchsalt and pepper
  6. A fewspray of vegetable cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix celeriac chips with all the spices. Spray some oil all over the celeriac amd mix them well.

  2. 2

    Bake them in the oven on 180c for 20-25 min. Turn them over half way.
    You can also airfryer them on 180c for 10 min.
