Cooking Instructions

Firstly wash bathura thrice and cut all leaves

Heat a pan add 1tsp cumin seeds,pinch of hing and finely chopped garlic and add cut bathuwa leaves mix it well add salt according to taste

Close the lid cook for 10min turn off the gas and take out from kadhai......place it on bowl then grind it in a chopper
- 4
Wisk the curd make it smooth then add the bathura mixer then mix it well
- 5
Heat a tadka pan add pinch of hing 3-4finely chopped garlic
- 6
Pour this Tadka on curd bathuwa mixer
