Spinach is a leafy vegetable, it has lots of iron and vitamins. Today I have prepared spinach raita by using curd, for making a very light and delicious recipe.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. 2 cupscurd
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspChilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  6. 1 tsppowder cardamom powder
  7. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and finely chopped spinach, in a kadhai steam spinach for 2 minutes and cool.

    Beat curd well, mix with spinach, salt, coriander leaves chopped and cardamom powder, mix well, sprinkle roasted cumin powder and chilli powder. Then serve with roti.
